Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These Terms govern use of the Polktab website and services arranged through it. Project-specific scope, deliverables, pricing, timelines, payment terms and acceptance requirements may also be defined in the applicable quote, invoice, statement of work or service agreement. By submitting a project request with explicit acceptance of these Terms (version 2026-07-08), approving a quote or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Service Provider

Services are provided under the Polktab brand. Formal business registration is currently being completed. Registration details will be published on the Business Information page when they become available. Contact: contact@polktab.online.

3. Services Provided

We provide software development, web development, mobile application development, AI automation, API integrations, data processing, cloud and DevOps setup, cybersecurity configuration, SaaS development, technical support, and IT consulting. All services are delivered digitally unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Quotes and Project Scope

Most projects require a custom quote based on reviewed scope. Published pricing tiers ($5–$50, $50–$300, $300–$1,000, $1,000–$2,000 USD) indicate typical ranges, not guaranteed final prices. Quotes include defined deliverables, timeline estimates, and payment terms.

5. Project Approval

A project is considered accepted when the customer approves the applicable scope and commercial terms through the agreed process. The approved project documentation determines the deliverables, timeline and any project-specific requirements.

6. Payments

Payments are made through the payment method or third-party payment provider specified in the issued invoice. You agree to pay the amount specified in your approved quote or invoice. Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.

7. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate project information and timely feedback.
• Supply required materials, credentials, and approvals when requested.
• Ensure you have rights to any content or data you provide.
• Comply with our Acceptable Use Policy.

8. Delivery

Services are delivered digitally via email, repository access, deployment, documentation, cloud links, or an agreed project management system. See our Delivery Policy.

9. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment for custom development work, agreed deliverables including source code (where applicable) are transferred as specified in your project agreement.

10. Prohibited Use

You may not use our services for illegal, fraudulent, harmful, or prohibited activities as described in our Acceptable Use Policy.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

12. Governing Law

Where governing law or jurisdiction needs to be specified for a particular project, it will be defined in the applicable service agreement or other relevant transaction documentation.
