Digital Delivery

All services provided by Polktab are delivered digitally. No physical products are shipped.

Delivery Methods

Delivery may include one or more of the following:

• Email with files, credentials, or instructions.
• Access to a code repository (e.g., GitHub, GitLab).
• Deployment to a cloud or hosting environment.
• Documentation files (PDF, Markdown, or web-based docs).
• Cloud storage links for deliverables.
• Project management system updates (e.g., Trello, Notion, Jira).

Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery timelines are provided in your project quote and vary by service type, scope, and complexity. Small tasks may be delivered in days; larger projects may take several weeks.

Client Materials and Approvals

Delivery timelines may be affected by delays in receiving client materials, feedback, credentials, or approvals. We will communicate if client-side delays impact the schedule.

Milestone Delivery

Larger projects may use milestone delivery, where partial deliverables are provided at agreed stages. Each milestone is subject to the terms in your project agreement.
